Ruth Kavanagh Obituary
She was born in Cranston a daughter of Mildred E. (Smith) Trudon of Cranston and the late John P. Trudon and she had resided in Narragansett for the past 36 years. Mrs. Kavanagh was a Registered Nurse employed at Newport Hospital and had previously been employed at Miriam and South County Hospitals.
Besides her husband and mother she is survived by her children, Shaun Kavanagh of So. Kingstown and Caitlin Kavanagh of Narragansett and her sister Trisha Leveille of Aiken, SC.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at 10am in St. Veronica Chapel, Boston Neck Rd., Narragansett and may call at the Nardolillo Funeral Home SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL 1111 Boston Neck Rd (Rt 1A) Narragansett on Friday 4-8pm. Burial will take place in St. Francis Cemetery, Wakefield. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Home & Hospice Care of RI, 1085 No. Main St., Providence, RI 02904 or the Narragansett Lions Club, P.O. Box 186, Narragansett, RI 02882. I am so sorry for your loss. Ruth and I attended St. Ann's School together and she was one of my best friends. Tell her Mom and her family she was a great person and always made me laugh. She will be missed.
