Stanley Fundakowski Obituary
Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late Stanley S. and Helen (Pencaski) Fundakowski. He was a resident of North Providence for the last 12 years, previously living in Pawtucket.
Mr. Fundakowski had worked for the Landry & Martin Oil Co. before retiring. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, playing horseshoes and loved spending time with his family.
Father of Robert Fundakowski, James A. Fundakowski and his wife Maryann, with whom he resided, Chris Langlois and her husband Raymond and Cindy Pouliot and her husband Dennis, Sr. Grandfather of 11. Great-grandfather of 6. Brother of Helen McFadden and the late Walter Fundakowski.
Visitation Tuesday 5-8 p.m. Funeral Wednesday at 8:15 a.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:15 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence. Burial will be in Mt. St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. pontarellimarinofunerals.com

Jim, Maryann and Family,
Our deepest sympathies go out to you and your family in this very sad time. Both of you have given your parents the most beautiful life that they could have had. The love and care that you provided them right to the end was the most beautiful gift anyone could ever give. Just as the angels watched over your parents in their time of need and guided them through the Gates of Heaven, so shall they watch over you and your family at this very hard time. May God bless you and carry you over the sand until you are able to walk beside him again.
