To the family and close one's of Stephen, I am sorry for your'e tragic loss.I run the Neutaconkanut Recreation Center where Stephen has frequented since he was a youth. He was a good kid and athlete who turned into a fine young man.Always respectable to myself,the staff here at Neutaconkanut,and the people he played with,Stephen was well liked by all.He never failed to go out of his way to say hello to me ,shake my hand, and engage in small talk regardless of where he saw me.He will be missed by all who knew him.May he rest in peace...thoughts and prayers...
