Dear Evelyn, Steve, Joe, Robert and families,
We were so saddened to hear yesterday of Steve's passing. Mike and I think of Steve so often, as he had installed my furnace, hot water heater, faucets, etc. I most enjoyed talking to him about gardening. He told me about his dahlias, we shared tips on growing tomatoes and other veggies. We always enjoyed seeing you all at the Femino family reunions, and have missed you. We will always remember Steve as "good people", and have been enriched by his presence and love in our lives. I'm sure he's found his voice and restored life in heaven and giving the Lord tips on enhancing gardens back here on earth!
God Bless you all,
Debi & Mike

Sending Prayers and Hugs out to the Gemma Family-

Papa Steve was our "adopted Papa". (We loved him like he was our own Papa!) We can picture him... cooking up in heaven, having a card game, joking with all of the Angels and smiling down on all of us. (Hopefully there is a trophy waiting for him up in heaven too.)

May your loving memories of Papa Steve guide you all through this difficult time.

One's life can be measured by those he leaves behind.

With Love,
Mary-Ellen, Paul, Justin, & Drew

Mrs Gemma, Steve, Joe & Robert,
Words can't explain the great loss we encountered this week, but just knowing that there were many hearts Mr.Gemma touched should comfort some of the pain we are all feeling. He was a wonderful person and I was fortunate to have him be part of my life and my family's. I'll miss watching him and my dad go at it; they were always hilarious together.. But I have so many memories that I'm thankful for and will cherish. Let's not forget "black eye"
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
Love,
Kathy

Dear Steve, Joe & Robert and Mrs. Gemma:

Your father ("Mr. Gemma") was in some very important ways a second father to me at one time in my youth. Although life's journey made contact over the past 20 years less frequent, I still think of him from time to time with affection and gratitude. So many conversations on the deck and rock in the front yard, his welcoming of my young hands putting shingles on a roof, and throwing the ball around in the back yard with the constant prompt to "never be afraid of the ball." I often think of him when playing hockey or baseball with my own son. I will continue to think of him with affection and thanks. Be assured of my and my family's prayers and thoughts.

To Stephen, Jr. and the Gemma family: I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Steve, Sr. at Max Fish Plumbing & Heating for over 15 years. He was always friendly, funny and upbeat not to mention one of the best plumbing foremen to work for the company. We always made it a point to talk about PC and college hockey.
