Stephen Mazor Obituary
Thursday, July 22, 2010. He was the husband of the late Sybil
"Sugar" (Field) Mazor. Born in Boston, MA, he was a son of the late Myer and Lulu (Moseon) Mazor.
Mr. Mazor was a graduate of Boston University and a president of A E Phi fraternity. He was an avid golfer and a lifelong Red Sox fan.
He is survived by his children Lisa, Brian, Beth, and Jay Mazor; his granddaughter Alex Mazor; and his cousins Sandy Gerber and Carol Weiss.
His funeral service will be held Monday at 10 AM in the SUGARMAN-SINAI MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 458 Hope St., Providence with a burial in Lincoln Park Cemetery, Warwick. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society, 931 Jefferson Blvd., Ste. 3004, Warwick, RI 02886. Shiva will be observed at the home of his daughter Beth in Providence Mon. following the burial and 7-9 PM, and Tues 2-4 & 7-9 PM.

Beth I am so sorry for the pain of your Father's illness and his passing. You seem to have found comfort in the fact that he is no longer suffering and that he rest in peace. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

There aren't words enough to convey my deepest sympathy, I know what you went through to take care of him, and now he is at peace and you did everything you could as children. I treasure the friendship Steve and I shared. I will miss him and find comfort knowing he is at peace. He spoke to me often about all of you. How he enjoyed the teasing and taunting of the Celtics and the Lakers games. My prayers and thoughts will be with you all.
