Dear Linda. What a beautiful sendoff tribute you gave your dad this morning! I don't know how you did it, except that with such a wonderful subject, there really was so much to say. I know I will truly miss him and think of him often. Your parents really were such a big part of our lives - especially in the time before our marriage and those early years following, our days down the Narrows with the BNIA, camping with the Rhody Rovers, Old Orchard Beach, and who could ever forget the Nursery School. Our oldest child, Nancy (now 39) was in their last class, and "Uncle Bill" made his 3 days a week trip "all the way to Warren" to pick her up and bring her safely home in the old Travel-All. Wouldn't you know that right after that we moved back to Bristol. Your family and Lee's will be in our thoughts and prayers.

Dearest Lee and Linda and all the rest of the Head Family:
Please accept our most deep and sincere condolences on the loss of your father. I had the pleasure of meeting him many, many years ago, and also your mother, Ginny. We would run into them on many occasions and many times during the 4th of July activities. John had known them all of his life and had many wonderful stories to tell of them both. I am sorry that I will not be able to attend either his wake or his funeral, as I have to be home to care for my mother who has severe Alzheimers Disease. (John, of course, will be there.) May God help and guide you through this most difficult time.
Sincerely yours,
Mary Jane (Moniz) and John Sousa
