WILKES-BARRE TWP. — Mary L. Mozdian, 93, of Wilkes-Barre Township, passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2015, at the Little Flower Manor, Wilkes-Barre.
She was born in Wilkes-Barre on Oct. 10, 1921, a daughter of the late John and Priscilla Felik Draus. Mary was a graduate of the Wilkes-Barre Vocational School on Nursing. She was employed as a licensed practical nurse at the Wilkes-Barre General Hospital and as a private duty nurse.
Mary was a member of the former St. Joseph Monastery, Wilkes-Barre Township, prior to its closing.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank "Tim" Mozdian, in 1979; and by her sisters, Ann Mozdian, Bertha Zenda and Martha Pedersen; brothers, John and Frank Draus.
Mary is survived by her son, Harold "Tim" Mozdian and his wife, Kathy, Mountain Top; and by her granddaughters, Kristen Hudak and her husband, Joseph, Mountain Top, Allison Mozdian, Kingston Township; great-granddaughter, Lauren Hudak; sisters: Priscilla Childs, Plymouth, Indiana, and Betty Younger, Nesconset, Long Island, New York; brothers: Edmund Draus, Vernon, Connecticut, Joseph Draus, Radcliff, Kentucky, and Thomas Draus, Lebanon, Tennessee; nieces and nephews.
A private memorial Mass will be celebrated at the convenience of the family in St. Nicholas Church, South Washington Street, Wilkes-Barre. Private interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Township.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Little Flower Manor, 200 S. Meade St., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702; or St. Nicholas Church, 226 S. Washington St., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701.

Tim and family
