Mr. Carroll was born on Jan. 12, 1954.
His service will be at noon Saturday, Oct. 7, at Boyd's Temple, 236 Mill Creek Church Road, Ellabell. Viewing will be from 10 a.m. until the hour of service. Burial will be at the church cemetery with repast to follow.
