Joyce, Steve, Eileen I was just told of Bill's passing. I just want to say that getting to know all of you over the last few years has been a wonderful addition to my life. I always knew we were related, so knowing the family was icing on the cake. Bill, was always a happy man, even when he was so ill, that says a lot about his family. I know he will be missed greatly by you and many others. I wish for you peace in knowing that he is at peace, love to all of you as he was loved by all of you, and happiness that you will find in his happiness and his precious memory.
With Much Love,
Karen (Brown) Rebert

Joyce, Steve and family. I am so sorry for your loss. I was able to talk with Bill when he came into the power company for a christmas luncheon. He told me then he was having serious health problems. I always enjoyed his dry sense of humor followed by a grin. I am really glad I had the opportunity to work with him. Your family will be held in prayer. May God Bless.

I will never forget "Will" -- he was so funny, even when he wasn't trying to be. He and I shared the same opinions on politics, so it was fun to get him going on those issues! He was a wonderful man, and I will always remember him fondly. Much love and prayers to the entire family. Sheri
