Alice Shields Obituary
She was born in Reynoldsville, on July 11, 1940, to the late Charles N. and Virginia (Wayland) Dickey.
Alice married James R. Shields on July 5, 1969, at Paradise United Methodist Church. James preceded her in passing on Nov. 17, 2017.
She was a member of the Covode Methodist Church, Alice worked for Cameron Distributing and the bakery at Riverside Market in Reynoldsville.
Alice's greatest joy was riding horses.
She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Alice was the last surviving member of her family.
She was preceded in passing by her husband, parents, three brothers and one sister.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025, at 11 a.m. at the Marchand Cemetery with Rev. Paul Davis.
Memorial donations may be made to the organization of the donor's choice. Arrangements are entrusted to the Adamson Funeral Chapel & Crematorium. Online condolences may be made at www.adamsonfuneral.com.

Alice aka Mcspeedy to me would always be racing to thw dinning room for supper and I´d always say who´s gonna win <3 and I will always remember when I put her to bed she´d have to remind me of the wedge and her dog blanket always but I will miss her so much and her laugh and seeing her daily rest easy Mcspeedy <3
