I remember Delbert as being one of the positive "Father Figures" on the block, influencing not only his sons but others on the block including myself.

I worked with Delbert in the late 70's and early 80's at T.W.Phillips. He was always pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. A real gem of a man. My sympathy goes out to his family.

My deepest sympathies to the whole family. In my prayers of course. I just have so many memories of cookouts and picnics growing up. What a time we all had. I am truly glad to have known Delbert, a really special man in my life. Love to the family.
