Glenn Pearce Obituary

Glenn L. Pearce, age 65, formerly of Punxsutawney, died Sunday, Nov. 14, 2021, in Hollidaysburg after a brief battle with cancer.
He was born July 27, 1956, in Spangler, a son of the late Joseph A. and Esther E. (Bouch) Pearce.
Surviving are his wife, Debra Ann (Gromley) Pearce of Altoona; a daughter, Sherry King (Rob Hetrick) of Hollidaysburg; three grandchildren, Andrea and Faith Hetrick and Anthony King, of Hollidaysburg; a brother, Edward Pearce of Punxsy; nephews David Pearce (Jennifer) and Shawn Pearce (Susan); and a niece, Susan Rowe (Bill).
Glenn was a graduate of Punxsutawney High School. He was a welder and owner and operator of Glenn's Welding & Repair, Punxsy. He enjoyed working, traveling and hunting.
There will be no public services. Interment will take place at Pine Grove Cemetery, Urey, Indiana County.

Glenn will be missed. I had the privilege of working with him on some maintenance and welding projects. He was just an all around good guy and made going to work Earley in the morning something to look forward to. Deepest sympathy to the family for your loss. I will keep you in my prayers
