Jared Weber Obituary
He was born Aug. 17, 1998, in Killeen, Texas, a son of Sharon M. (January) and the late Brian L. Weber, who preceded him in death on Sept. 6, 2015.
Jared was a graduate of the Punxsutawney Area High School Class of 2016 and attended the nursing program at Waynesburg University. He served as president of the Future Health Services Club during high school and was a member of the Art Club at Waynesburg University. He enjoyed pottery and video games.
Jared was loved by all and was the kindest person. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
In addition to his mother, Sharon, he is survived by a sister, Jordyn Weber of Punxsutawney; his maternal grandmother, Rita January of Cheswick; his paternal grandfather, Richard Weber of Tarentum; his great-grandmother, Teresa Miecznikowski of New Kensington; two aunts, Rebecca January of Murraysville and Linda Milliron and husband Robert of Freeport; two uncles, Derek January of Bloomfield and Richard Weber Jr. and wife Shia of Bloxom, Virginia; and numerous cousins.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Jan C. January, and his paternal grandmother, Catherine Weber.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at SS.C.D. Church, with Monsignor Joseph Riccardo officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made in Jared's name to the Punxsutawney Area High School Art Department for the ceramics program.

Shari & Jordyn, we are so very sorry for your loss. Jared was always the kindest boy; I distinctly remember a time we went to DelGrosso Park when Max was a baby...Jared was so sweet & helpful. He offered to watch Max so I could go down the water slides with Jake... he would push the stroller & play with Max when he would fuss. Most boys his age wouldn't have cared less, but he was such a sweetheart. I hope all of your memories will help to ease your pain. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you.

Jared was in my Principles of Sociology course last fall, and I enjoyed his good hearted nature and sense of humor. His extra credit project left his classmates and me in stitches.
