Phyllis Joann Yeager

1933 - 2018

Phyllis Joann (Yoho) Yeager, 85, of Rossiter, was united together again with her husband, Charles, in the presence of their Heavenly Father on Thursday, Dec. 6, 2018.
The daughter of William Edward and Gladys Ann (Young) Yoho Clegg, she was born on Aug. 21, 1933, in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
Joann attended Lowell Salem and Parkersburg High School in West Virginia. She worked as a caregiver in the home health industry and attended Smithport Wesleyan Methodist Church.
She is survived by her three children, William (Bill) Yeager and wife Mollie of North Royalton, Ohio, Connie Wiley and husband Ron of Akron, Ohio, and Frances Achimasi of Punxsutawney; her eight grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; her sister, Sonya McWilliams of South Carolina; and her brother, David Clegg of West Virginia.
Joann was preceded in death by her husband, Roydon Charles Yeager; her son, Steven Ross Yeager; and her grandson, Shane Yeager.
Family and friends will be received from 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 9, 2018, at the Rairigh Funeral Home, Ltd. in Hillsdale, where a 3 p.m. funeral service will be held, officiated by Rev. Mark Hollenbaugh. Interment will be at Burnside Cemetery in Burnside.
