GRANVILLE – Elizabeth "Jean" Faletti, 90, of Granville, peacefully passed away on June 5th, 2021, in OSF Hospital, Peoria.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 9th in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Granville. Fr. Patrick DeMeulemeester will officiate. Burial will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Granville. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Church, Granville. Dysart-Cofoid Funeral Chapel will be assisting the family with the arrangements.
Jean Faletti was born on December 9, 1930, in Peru to John and Ruth (Baxter) Kellerman. She married Thomas Faletti on September 16, 1950, in Peru. She worked at Illinois Valley Hospital in Peru, IL as a physical therapy assistant. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Granville, Red Hatters, Alter and Rosary Society. Jean enjoyed spending many of her days at the Standard Senior Center with friends.
Survivors are her sister, Ruth Hayward of McNabb; one son, Thomas M. (Michelle) Faletti Jr. of Lovettsville, VA.; one daughter, Holly Faletti (Dan Davis) of McNabb; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by 10 siblings and her husband Thomas Faletti.
Memorials may be directed to the family.
Pallbearers will be Colton Sheppard, Dan Davis, Justin Schmitt, Neil Nadolski, Phil Sheppard, and Jack Dippel. Jim Ojstersek will be serving as an honorary pallbearer.
