Jason was the definition of a kind, thoughtful and funny person. He was one of my very best friends while we went to school together in Greece. I missed him terribly when I moved away in our senior year. We did keep in touch for many years, through my marriage and birth of my kids to his marriage, birth of Zak and loss of his wife. He was also so very proud of Zak. Jason was such a rare person, a truly good person and the world is a little less bright now without him in it. I hope he knows how much he meant to so many people and how much we loved him and will miss him.

Jason was like a brother to me during our TASIS days. Always greeting me with a smile and ready to cheer me up when I was feeling low. He could make me laugh when I didn't want to and I loved him for it. At our 2009 reunion, the years melted away and we had so much fun. He was well loved and respected by our TASIS family and will be missed dearly.
