Patricia J. Vida
Patricia J. Vida (Patti) Patricia J. Vida peacefully returned home to her heavenly father on June 22, 2021 to join her Husband, Daughter, Brother, Mother and Father. Her presence will be missed by her daughters, Kimberly and Kathryn and her brother Tom; grandchildren, Michelle and Joshua; great grandchildren, Reann, Cheyenne and Caleb; great great grandchildren, Jonah, Geno and Kobe; her nieces, nephews and extended family members. Born in Homestead, Pennsylvania on July 12, 1936 to June and Jack Raley Sr., Patti began making trips with her daughter Kimberly to California in 1957 and made California her permanent residence in 1962. Working at NCR and enjoying night club dancing, she would meet the love of her life (Mike), marry and settle in Lomita, California, shortly after welcoming daughters, Kassi and Tricia. She was an attentive loving wife and mother, managing to make their home a place of family and social gatherings "A hostess with the mostest", where laughter and fun was had by all. She enjoyed many years in the retail clerks union as she was a people person. As a member of Rolling Hills Racquet Club and Dominguez Hills ladies golf, she found treasured friendships. Whether it was cards or casinos or just reminiscing about Pittsburgh, we all enjoyed her wit and humorous personality. Mama was the glue that held us all together we are forever grateful that God picked her for us. Rest in Peace Mama. Night Night
