March 7, 1964 - June 20, 2021 Susan Patricia Warhol of Torrance died peacefully on Sunday, June 20, 2021 from injuries sustained in a traffic accident. She was in the Intensive Care Unit at Harbor-U.C.L.A. Medical Center, where she received exemplary care. Susan was born on March 7, 1964 in Taos, NM and grew up in Las Vegas, NV and Rancho Palos Verdes. She graduated from Miraleste High School and earned an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education from Harbor College. For 27 years she was employed as a teacher's aide at Montessori schools in the South Bay area. Susan loved her independence, her work with small children, traveling, sunflowers, the Beatles, Peanuts, California, her cats, her friends and her family. She is survived by her father, Warren Warhol, and her siblings: Robyn Warhol (sister), Nick Warhol and Judy Long (brother and sister-in-law), David Warhol and Cheryl Miller (brother and partner), and Sarah and Curtis Boeschen (sister and brother-in-law). Susan was predeceased by her mother, Patricia Warhol. A celebration of Susan's life will be held at noon on Saturday, August 28 at The Original Red Onion Restaurant in Rolling Hills Estates, CA. I had the great pleasure of working with Susan for many years! She was funny, kind, a very serious and hard worker and a lot of fun to be around! I hadn´t seen Susan in a few years and was devastated to hear the news of her passing! I can tell you that she will be missed! Rest In Peace Susan

On behalf of all of Susan´s friends at Beach Cities Montessori School, we want to offer our love and condolences to her family. We all loved Susan very much and will always remember our fond memories of her throughout the years! She will remain a shining light in our hearts! We will truly miss her.
