12/04/2000 - 07/27/2021 We could live 100 years and touch only half the lives impacted by Trevor Connelly. Born December 4, 2000, in San Pedro, Trevor lived his best days skating at Channel Street Skate Park, driving his El Camino, listening to Johnny Cash, and hanging out at Royal Palms. Trevor shared his loving and kind heart with everybody he knew. Nobody was a stranger to Trevor. He made everyone feel like they'd known him forever. He loved to hear and share a good story over bean and cheese burritos. After graduating from San Pedro High School, Trevor worked on the U.S. Water Taxi and then in commercial fishing on the Crystal Star. Trevor passed at sunset on July 27, 2021, at the young age of 20. He is survived by his father Tim, mother Michelle Verdugo, step mother Ulon, brother Tim, sister Tatiana, and brother Eli Comparsi. He is also survived by his paternal grandparents Tony and Teresa Connelly; maternal grandparents Michael and Marcia Ralph; Uncle Tom (Gina) Connelly; Aunt Trista (Jamil) Lozano; Uncle William Comparsi; Aunt Rusty (Frank) Hudson; and Aunt Me Mama (Eric) Zeigler. He is also survived by a large family of cousins, many of which share the last name and Irish blood he loved deeply: CONNELLY. Even though we feel his absence, Trevor's legacy lives on in our city, SP. We will feel his spirit when we gather as a family. We will sense his presence anytime we meet as friends and share stories, and we will remember his laughter every time we pass the skate parks his Nana drove him to before he had his El Camino. His Nana is comforted knowing that Trevor accepted the Lord Jesus as his Savior on Thursday, July 22, 2021, at 3:40 pm. A Celebration of Life will be held at Green Hills Memorial Park at the Memorial Day site near the flag poles on September 3rd at 10 AM. Long live Trevor Connelly - forever in our hearts
