Diane L. Woodworth, 89, of Silvis, passed away Friday, November 21, 2025, at her residence.

Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, November 28, 2025, at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline. Burial will be at National Cemetery, Rock Island, following the service.

Diane was born on November 6, 1936, in Silvis, the daughter of Virgil and Mayme (Dingman) Dieterich. She married James E. Woodworth on April 11, 1953, in Silvis. She worked as a pharmacist assistant until having her children, where she stayed at home to take care of them.

Diane is survived by her husband of 71 years, James E. Woodworth, Silvis; children, James L. Woodworth, Milan; Vicki Zude, Moline, and Valerie Pavlovich (Jerry Leibovitz), Silvis; grandchildren, Andrea Morris, Diana Woodworth, Nathan Zude, Nicole Zude, Tarra Maddox, and Chris Pavlovich; numerous great grandchildren; sister, J-Lynn Vaughn; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Mark S. Woodworth and her other siblings.
