Marie F. Pauley
May 6, 1929 - October 23, 2023
Marie F. Pauley, 94, of Moline, passed away on Monday, October 23, 2023 at her son's home in Buffalo, IA. Per her wishes, cremation rites were accorded. There will be no services. Inurnment will be in Chippiannock Cemetery, Rock Island.
Memorials may be made in care of the Quad City Animal Welfare Center, Milan. Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory, Rock Island, is assisting the family.
Marie was born on May 6, 1929. She married Earl Max Pauley and he preceded her in death on June 18, 1983. Marie worked as a nurse at Oak Glen Nursing Home in Coal Valley for several years before retiring. She will always be remembered for her sense of humor and work ethic.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sons: Douglas Pauley, Craig (Nora) Pauley, and Dave (Dina) Pauley; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Tonia Muilenburg; brother, Ed Forthsyt; and sisters: Jackie and Barb.

Grandma you may have passed away but your life and sprit will live on through the memories of the loved ones you left behind. I for one will always remember your crazy personality and how much fun we used to have together. I will always remember your terrible and scary driving, and your firecracker response when us grand kids did something wrong, it still makes me laugh to this day. I appreciate the time and care you took raising me as a child, and I will always be grateful. No matter how tuff things got, life never seemed to get you down, you always found a way to cheer us up. Wherever you are now,I know you are in a much better place. I will be forever grateful that you were my grandmother.
