Rodger Kramer Obituary
August 16, 1941 - December 18, 2025
Rodger B. Kramer, 84, of Moline, passed away Thursday, December 18, 2025, at the Clarissa Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf, after a lengthy battle with Parkinson's Disease.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Rock Island. Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, at Rafferty Funeral Home, 2111 First Street A, Moline. Burial will be at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Rock Island. Memorials can be made to Moline Regional Community Foundation, Class of 1959 Scholarship or Immanuel Lutheran Church, Rock Island.
Rodger was born August 16, 1941, in Moline, the son of Norman P. and Dorothy L. (Beer) Kramer. He married Sandra Wicklund at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Rock Island, on June 16, 1963.
Rodger was a proud graduate of Moline High School, Class of 1959. He attended Valparaiso University and was a graduate of Blackhawk College. Rodger was the Owner of Kramer Hearing Aid Center, Davenport. He was a former member of many associations and organizations related to the hearing healthcare field. He enjoyed automobiles, good food, and his family. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Rock Island.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra; son, Michael (Crystal Hamilton) Kramer, Moline; daughter, Kristine (Eric) Finley, Moline; grandchildren, Dr. Mitchell (Megan) Kramer, Matthew (Olivia) Kramer, Evan Finley and Emily Finley; great-granddaughter, Theodora; brother, Terry (Dee Ann) Kramer, Hampton; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Susan Raber; and sister-in-law, Roxanne Kramer.

I drove by Rodger´s business for years - Kramer Hearing Aids. His son has also done a great job in the Quad Cities. He had a great reputation in the community for his service to his patients.

Rodger and I were colleagues in the hearing aid business in Davenport! Wonderful memories of traveling together to Des Moines for our continuing education hours. Rodger was a wonderful person and I have very fond memories of our car rides together! I´m so very sorry for the loss of Rodger, my heart goes out to Sandy and his children.
