Sandra K. Horton, 65, of Carbon Cliff, Ill., passed away Thursday, January 22, 2026, at her home in Carbon Cliff.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday, January 29th, at Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline, with visitation one hour prior to services Thursday. Private interment will be at Dayton Corners Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family to be designated later.
