Steven Munoz Obituary
Steven was born on December 25, 1974, in Tucumcari, NM to Betty (Arias) and Ramon Muñoz, where he graduated from Tucumcari High School and then moved to Washington, DC.
Steven is survived by his husband, Richard Hogg; his parents, Ramon and Betty; his brother, Agustin Muñoz; aunts, JoAnn Smith (Robert), Sylvia Wampler, Nancy (Ignacio) Macias and Abby Arias; uncles, Raul (MaryLou) Muñoz and Roberto Muñoz; God daughter, Samantha Hyslop; and numerous cousins. He is also survived by his loving and caring DC Family, Neighbors and UK Family.
A memorial/dinner honoring Steven will be held on Saturday, March 11th at 4:00 pm at the Elks Lodge, 2118 South Adams, Tucumcari, NM.

I was really sorry to hear of Steven´s passing! We graduated high school together and had some classes together back then. Years after graduation, he found me on classmates.com and sent me the nicest message. We were Facebook friends and when I went to DC in 2017, I happily got to see him again after all those years. My deepest condolences to Richard, his parents, and all the family. I wish I could´ve been in Tucumcari for his memorial, but sadly couldn´t. I will always remember him as a kind soul.

My condolences to Steven's husband and family. I appreciated Steven when he headed Lee Arts Center and he welcomed me as a member. He was kind, thoughtful, and very sweet. I am sad to see him leave us as such a young man.
