Bill L. Herman, 89, of Pleasant Valley, Iowa passed away at his home Tuesday, February 11, 2025.
There will be a visitation for Bill from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, February 14, 2025 at The Runge Mortuary & Crematory. Burial will follow in Glendale Cemetery LeClaire, Iowa. Please share condolences with the family at www.rungemortuary.com.
Bill was born March 16, 1935 in Chicago, Ill. to LeRoy and Borgny (Nilsen) Herman. He was united in marriage to Arliss Anne Brown on June 26, 1954 in Princeton, Iowa. Bill was the owner/operator of Omega Company (Tool and Die) of Pleasant Valley, Iowa for 50 plus years. He was an avid snow skier, water skier, and cyclist.
Bill is survived by his wife, Arliss Herman; three sons Todd, Brad, and Kirk Herman; grandsons, Zak (Katie) and Alonzo (Annalise); great-grandchildren Charlotte, Blaire and Caspian; and two brothers, Brent and Barry Herman.
Bill was preceded by his parents; grandson, Trent Allison Herman; and a brother Bruce Herman.
