Jim and Phebe were the nicest people we got to know at River Hall. We continued our friendship throughout the years and watched Jim help nurse Phebe through her cancer years. We often went to Cheddar's Restaurant with Jim as he really liked that place. In Jim´s honor while visiting Florida this week in Orlando, we went to Cheddar´s and had a toast to honor our dear friends Jim and Phebe and will never forget two of the nicest people we have ever met. Love & Hugs to the family.
