Johnnie J. "Sam" Batten

DAVENPORT-Johnnie J. "Sam" Batten, 68, of Davenport, IA, passed away Monday, July 19, 2021. Per his wishes, he will be cremated with a memorial service to be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 26, in the Runge Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be held from noon until the time of service. Sam was born July 12, 1953, to James and Hilda (Berg) Batten in Davenport, IA.
He is survived by his children: Samantha, Ryan, Eric, and Megan.
He was preceded in death by his son, "John Boy" and his parents.
