Mary Ellen Hernandez

October 4, 1941 - October 18, 2025

Mary Ellen Hernandez, a beloved soul and cherished member of her community, passed away from this world on October 18, 2025, at St. Anthony's Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Her family is arranging a private memorial gathering as they come together to celebrate the life of a remarkable woman.

She leaves behind her loving daughter, Sara Hernandez (Kevin Nowell); her brother, Joseph Hernandez (Sue); her nephews, Nathan (Kathleen) Hernandez and Adam (Lisa) Hernandez; and her great-nephews, Kyler, Declan, Henry, and Owen.

Mary Ellen will be deeply missed but will remain alive in the hearts of her family and friends. Her legacy of kindness, laughter, and love will continue to touch the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Mary Ellen used to cut my mom´s hair. Later she babysat my sisters kids. Mom would come home laughing about something Mary Ellen said or did. You could just feel the love between them. Such a nice woman ! My condolences Sara !
