Gary & Gene, Please accept our heartfelt sympathy in the loss of your mom. She was such a special lady, and was so much fun to visit with. We enjoyed seeing her a couple times while she was in Walcott. We know she dearly loved you both. Mildred was one of the hardest working farm women we have ever known. We got to experience her wonderful cooking skills when Gene used to bring back food to Iowa State for us all to share. She will be missed by all who knew her. We are sending hugs and prayers.

Mildred was such a kind person. I had many conversations with her. She was a good friend to my Mom (Evelyn Kleppe) at Courtyard. She helped her in many ways as Mom is legally blind. She was always looking out for her. She will be missed. Our sympathy to your family in the loss of this beautiful person.
