Bob Roed
went home to the Lord on Wednesday, June 30, at 5:55 pm. Bob was a devoted husband, brother, a loving father, uncle, grandfather, and friend. He is survived by his wife, Sally Roed; his eight children, Derek (Janine), Tara (Jason), Tyler (Julie), Sammi (Brett), Cheyenne (Daniel), Ian (Jessica), Randee (Kyle) and Chad; his eight grandchildren, Jonnie, Remington, Elijah, Cyrus, Bobby, Brooklyn, Tommy, Stetson, and two granddaughters on the way.Bob was born July 14,1960 to Norma and Eugene Roed. (Dorene Roed). Bob attended Ramona Elementary and met his beautiful bride, Sally, at the age of nine. They remained friends throughout the years and resumed their romance in 11th grade, and married on December 22, 1979. Their marriage is something to be admired by all; 41 years married on earth and forever married in Heaven. Bob worked endlessly to provide for his family, with Bob Roed Plumbing being a local namesake, and spent many years coaching his children in soccer and softball. Bob's favorite bible verse, "Three things will last forever, faith, hope, and love, and the greatest of these is love." 1 Corinthians 13:13. Bob shared his love for Christ with everyone he met. His presence on Earth will be deeply missed by everyone. A church service for Bob will be held at Calvary Chapel Ramona, on Saturday July 17, at 1pm. Sally and family, we are sorry for this belated message. We have been out of town and found out about Bob's passing when we returned this past week. We are praying for you all. We know it is always hard to have a loved one taken from your presence but it does help to know he is now with his Savior in Heaven. We have a lot of memories of Bob coaching the girl's softball teams and he coached our Alisha on many of them. What a good example of a family man. God bless you all. Mick and Lura Cupples

Bob was a GREAT GUY!!! He couched my sons soccer games when he they were younger. I loved his personality and the love for soccer. He was 1 AMAZING person that will be missed so much. God bless his family!!

I miss you Bob! But we´ll meet up again soon. It´s not easy losing someone you love, but it´s definitely easier knowing you´re with our Lord in a much better place. Congrats on a life well lived my friend.
