Ohhhh Ms. Chrest!!
I had Ms. Chrest throughout high school for gym class. My favorite story of her includes us doing the presidential testing. We were on the pull up portion of it. I am a shy person and she called on me to do this. I got up and said, "Ms. Chrest, I couldn't do a pull up last year and I won't be able to do one now." She shook her head in agreement and told me to sit down.
I later met up with her golfing in women's league at Fox Ridge. She was so much fun. She couldn't hear worth a damn but that's also part of her charm.
She will be missed, I haven't done golf league in a few years, so I did not know she had moved. I hope she's pain free and playing her best rounds.

Oh how I remember this beautiful woman. She worked with my mom at HHS. My mom was in the office while she was in the gym. I never had her when I was a student, but I certainly knew her. Full of energy and always a smile. Prayers go out to her soul, and to all who are missing her. What a beautiful person she was.

I have known Helen through teaching and golfing. Her smiles and love of people was contagious. I will miss her open arms to greet you, her laughter, her jokes. May her Memory Be Eternal. Tina
