Darla K. Shangreau

PINE RIDGE - Darla Kaye Shangreau, 49, Pine Ridge, died Sunday, Sept. 27, 2009, in Pine Ridge. Survivors include a daughter, Lacey Pourier and her mother, Ethelyn Shangreau, both of Pine Ridge; five brothers, Calvin Shangreau Jr., Brimington, Wash., Ted St. John, Gallup, N.M., and Steven Shangreau Sr., Richard Shangreau and Wesley Shangreu, all of Pine Ridge; and five sisters, Donna Shangreau, Rapid City, Billie Lessert and Tiffany Janis, both of Porcupine, and Shannon Richards and Julie Shangreau, both of Pine Ridge. Prayer services will be at 4 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pine Ridge. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 2, at the church, with the Rev. Steve Sanford and Charles McGaa officiating. Burial will be at St. Steven's Catholic Cemetery in Kyle. Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge is in charge of arrangements.
