PINE RIDGE - John Flint Red Feather Jr., 21, Pine Ridge, died Sunday, Nov. 22, 2009, at Pine Ridge. Survivors include his daughter, Naysa Brings Him Back and his mother, Karen Weasel Bear, both of Pine Ridge; his father, John Red Feather Sr.; one brother, Duane Blue Bird, Rapid City; two adopted brothers, Michael Feathermen, Oglala, and Martin Red Feather, Mission Flat; six sisters, Shana Red Feather and Sheila Red Feather, both of Pine Ridge, Vienna Kills Warrior and Rose Frazier, both of Kyle, and Kimberly Red Feather and Linda Red Feather, both of Allen; adopted sister, Cheryl Crow, Oglala; and grandmother, Catherine Red Feather, Pine Ridge. Two-night wake services begin at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 26, at Billy Mills Hall. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, at the hall with Mr. Charles McGaa and the Rev. Abraham Tobacco officiating. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cemetery, No 4. Sioux Funeral Home of Pine Ridge is in charge of arrangements.
