RAPID CITY - Lori Beth Wagner, 55, died Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at home.
Survivors include her husband, Jack Wagner, Rapid City; sons, Jason Wagner, Fountain, Colo., and Adam Wagner, Rapid City; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; mother, Donna Phillips, Yankton; brother, Jeff Brockelsby, Buffalo Grove, Ill.; stepsisters, Penny Owens, Collierville, Tenn., and Kelly Buck, Sioux Falls.
Arrangements are pending with Kirk Funeral Home.
