PHILIP | Norman Payne, 82, died Feb. 12, 2021.

Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m., with a 6 p.m. prayer service at on Friday, Feb. 19, at Rush Funeral Home.

Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 20, at the United Church.
