Paul Giziewski Obituary

WAGNER - Paul E. Giziewski, 83, Wagner, died Wednesday, July 16, 2008, in Yankton. Survivors include four children, Lynn Hamill, Omaha Neb., Paula Speidel, Belle Fourche, Mark Giziewski, Yankton, and Kevin Giziewski, Champlin, Minn.; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. CDT Saturday, July 19, at Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Home and Crematory in Yankton, with a 7 p.m. prayer service. Visitation will continue from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, July 20, at Crosby-Jaeger Funeral Home in Wagner, with a 7 p.m. prayer service. Visitation will resume for one hour before services, which will be at 11 a.m. Monday, July 21, at East Lake Andes Lutheran Church, nine miles northwest of Wagner on U.S. Highway 281, with the Rev. Bill Van Gerpen officiating. Burial, with military honors, will be at 2:15 p.m. at Yankton Cemetery. Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Home and Crematory of Yankton and Crosby-Jaeger Funeral Home of Wagner are in charge of arrangements.
