My sincere sympathy to Roger's family & friends. I worked with Roger at the SD Dept of Labor Job Service from 1972 to 1986. He was a great mentor who encouraged me in my career of human resources. His compassion & positive attitude was awesome as a friend & co worker. May God bless all of you & know that God made a great man. Doug Baack Kingman AZ

I worked with Roger many years ago at the State Veterans' Home in Hot Springs. He was always reliable and fun, and I thoroughly enjoyed those years. Thank you Roger!
