Joseph Lastella
Joseph Lastella, age 81, died at St. James Healthcare in Butte, February 21, 2022, due to Covid Pneumonia. Mr. Lastella leaves behind his partner Kristy, children; Crystal, Joey, Amber, Justin, Brandon and Koal. Mr. Joseph Lastella was born in Bronx, New York, June 16, 1940, continuing his college education he obtained a Civil Engineering degree and started a career with the electric company. After rising through the electric company Mr. Lastella yearned to do more, leaving his home to travel the world, becoming a research scientist, inventor and record breaker. Mr. Lastella created technology to push progress and protect the environment; eventually becoming the founder of Green Star Products, a public company carrying on his technical inventions and life saving supplements to help those infected during the pandemic. An amazing Man who spent his life pushing boundaries, helping others, a father to 6 children, grandfather to 13, inventor, environmentalist, adventurer, and an inspiration to all who knew him.
The Funeral service will be at 3 PM, Sunday, March 6, 2022, at the Cornerstone Bible Church 280 Fairgrounds Rd in Hamilton, Pastor Ted Jolley will officiate. The committal service will be Tuesday March 8, 2022 at 2 PM at the Corvallis Cemetery. Rev. James A Connor of St. Francis Catholic Church will be presiding.
