She was a loving and faithful wife to Roy E. Travis.
Born in Reading, she
was the daughter of the
late Rodney and Eugenia
(Anderson) Palm.
She was employed by American Greeting in Ohio as a merchandiser for 20 years last, working Friday, December 14, 2012.
She was a loving mother to Dr. Michael Ryan Travis of West Reading and Jaime L. Travis-Gaul, wife of Sean C. Gaul of Wyomissing. She was a loving grandmother to Mariana M. Gaul. Also surviving is her brother, Wayne S. Palm of Pittsburgh.
Betsy was a loving and caring person who would do anything for anyone without hesitation. She loved to spend time at Tuckahoe Acres in Delaware with
family and friends, hopefully yelling Bingo and making Bay runs.
The family will receive friends in Bean Funeral Home, North 16th & Rockland Streets, Hampden Heights, Wednesday, December 19, 2012 from

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to

I close my eyes as I wipe a tear.
I just keep wishing you were still here.
I will hold all the memories deep in my heart.
Through these memories will never part.
I close my eyes as I wipe a tear.
I just keep wishing this pain would disappear.
I didn't get the chance to say my last good-bye.
I just didn't think you could ever die.
I close my eyes as I wipe a tear.
All of your love I will always hold near.
In my heart and my mind I will never be alone.
When my time comes......
I will meet you in heaven!
WE LOVE AND MISS YOU!
