He was the son of the late Troy Cornish and Joyce (Williams) Thomas.
Cornish was last employed by the City of Petersburg, VA.
Cornish is survived by a daughter, Dontisha Cornish; and four sons: Donald and Darious Brown, Taurice Green and Dontrey Cornish, all of Reading.
Also surviving are three brothers: Vernon Cornish and James Perkins (Martha), both of Little Rock, AR, and Jonathan Cornish, Harrisburg; and 16 grandchildren.
Cornish was predeceased by a son, Shannon Green "S-ONE," and a brother, Troy Cornish.
Memorial Services will be today at 4 p.m. at The Church Of Deliverance, 1327 N. 10th Street.
