We will miss seeing Butch in church on his frequent weekends to Herndon. He always had a ready smile and handshake. Our sympathy to his family and friends.
We are proud he still considered Herndon as his home.

I graduated for Mahanoy Joint High Scxhool with Butch where we played Basketball together. His importance to the team exceeded the points per game he contributed. Whenever the going got difficult we could count on Butch to maintain his cool even when things got hectic. I will always remember the Great times we had growing up together.
I have never know a more dedicated and intelligent student. I will miss him greatly.

God bless and be with his family.

I first met Butch at the MATCALS facility on board NAS Pax River where we worked together many years ago and remember him as a very kind and helpful member of the team. We also shared some good times playing softball together for a couple of different local teams. He never had a bad thing to say about anyone which is truly an admirable and rare trait amongst all the people I've associated with over the years. He was a decent man with an upbeat attitude and intriguing sense of humor who will be missed very much!

Butch will be missed. Our hearts are sad. Memories run thru out minds with pictures of Butch working on his beloved sports cars and mowing his lawn in golf shoes. A ready smile always greeted us.Long mailbox chats and sitting in my garage for a BBQ. We will never forget the man and his life.... Love Bob,Linda,Kelli and Kasie Edick, Your neighbors.

I worked with Butch at PAX, he was a wonderful person. Always smiling and telling stories. He loved softball and if you didn't know any better would of thought he was born and raised here in beautiful Southern Maryland.
