She was the wife of the late Leroy Myers.
Born in St. Catherine, Jamaica, she was a daughter of Edna Verona (Howell) Mattis of St. Catherine, Jamaica, and the late Joscelyn Elijah Mattis.
Surviving are two sons, Shain Myers of Brooklyn, NY, and Arlanzo Myers of Reading; eight siblings: Milecent Ashley, Gene Mattis, Cynthia Mattis, Derick Mattis, Earl Mattis, Lloyd Mattis, Lenworth Mattis and Julith Mattis, all of St. Catherine, Jamaica; a grandson and many nieces and nephews.
