Felix Curet Collazo

Felix Curet Collazo, son of Juan Curet and Pilar Collazo passed away on Wed., Sept. 28, 2022 in Reading Hospital at the age of 78. He was the loving husband of Rev. Maria Curet with whom he shard 28 wonderful years of marriage. Felix was the pastor of Concilio de Iglesia de Cristo Misionera 1D, Inc. , located at 243 S. 8 th St., Reading, PA at the time of his passing. Felix is survived by 3 siblings, Aida L. Collazo, Elizabeth Collazo and Roselio Curet, 10 children, 37 grandchildren and 44 great grandchildren. Felix was a talented guitarist with a gifted voice and was known for the songs “Merecedor de Alabanza” and “Enexplicable”. Felix was a spiritual father for many and mentor within the community of Reading, a friend to his peers and the heart of his family. He is loved by his congregation and all those who meet him. He was always smiling and had a love for food. His favorite quote was “Hechalo Pa Aca”. A viewing will be held Monday from 6 to 9 PM and Tuesday 10-11 AM in Henninger Funeral Home, Inc., 229 N. 5 th St. Reading, PA. Interment will be in Laureldale Cemetery.
