James Sanocki Obituary


James V. Sanocki, 61, of Wernersville, passed away on October 26th in St. Joseph Hospital, Bern Twp.

Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Frank and Margaret (Gallagher) Sanocki.

He was a Reading High School graduate.

James was retired from the City of Reading Water Authority.

He was predeceased by one grandson, Evan Bruce Gordon.

Surviving are two daughters, Jayme Webster, Reading, PA, Autumn Esterly, Wernersville, PA; one son, Jason Sanocki, Reading, PA; 3 brothers: Frank Sanocki, SC; Michael Sanocki, Fleetwood, PA; David Sanocki, Chambersburg, PA; 2 grandchildren, Mason Beerman and Vincent James Sanocki.

Funeral Services will be private.

Mark J. Hummel Funeral Home, Lower Alsace Twp., Reading, has charge of arrangements.

I got to know Jamie a few years back on a Saturday afternoon at Riverside. Turns out we knew a lot of the same people and had many great conversations about growing up in Reading. He was one of the good ones. Rest in Peace my friend.

It is with a heavy heart that I write these words. My condolences to the Sanocki family. I knew Jamie since we were teenagers. It is very surreal that he is gone. He was a forever friend and will be truly missed.
