Her husband Harold H. Hollenbach died June 24, 1996. Born in Rehrersburg, she was the daughter of the late Agnew S. and Suzanne M. (Sherman) Tryon.
She was a graduate of
Womelsdorf High School. She was a member of Trinity U.C.C., Rehrersburg.
She was co-founder and served as a volunteer
librarian of the Bethel-Tulpehocken Free Public Library, Bethel; a charter member of the Tulpehocken Settlement Historical Society, Womelsdorf; and a former Reading Eagle news correspondent. She also served as Judge of Election and was a past president of the Bethel V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by two sons: Henry K. Hollenbach, husband of Loretta, and Harry S. Hollenbach, husband of Shawn; four daughters: Susan J. McLaughlin; Clarissa T., wife of John Enck; Millie H., wife of Paul Benfer, and Maria M. Hollenbach; a brother, John S. Tryon, eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Monday, October 14th at 11:00 a.m. at Hill Funeral Home, Rehrersburg, with Rev. Joseph Long officiating. Interment at Altalaha Church Cemetery, Rehrersburg. Friends are invited to call Monday 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Hill Funeral Home.

I am going back quiet a few years when I lived in Bethel. my mother thought she was the most wonderful person In the world. she always had a big smile on that pretty face and always looked so nice. your dad was so funny and made me laugh. what nice memories I have of your parents.
