Kathleen,
We always considered Joe the social secretary of Cumberland Div. of the Gas Co. He stayed in contact with all the old employees, management and union people alike. He will be missed by many of us. Sorry to hear of his passing. Unfortunately, Joanne and I are in Florida for the winter and will not be able to attend any of the services for Joe. Again, our condolences to you and the kids.
