Lester Garman

Lester Leroy Garman, 76 of Union Twp., Berks Co., PA died on Saturday, January 2, 2021, at Reading Hospital in West Reading, PA. Born August 15, 1944 in Reading, PA, he was the son of the late Lester E. Garman and the late Florence (Gerit) Garman. He was widower of late Mary Louise (Hess) Garman. He retired from Dana Corp. in 1999 after 21 years of service. Lester enjoyed hunting, fishing and going to car shows. He was a member of the VFW Post 411, Birdsboro, PA and the Neversink Rod & Gun Club, Exeter Twp., Berks Co., PA. Surviving are sons, Andrew L. husband of Lauren Garman of Reading, PA and Michael Garman of Simpson, PA, brother, Vellett Garman of Johnstown, NY. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Dengler Funeral Home, Inc. Birdsboro, PA is in charge of arrangements.
