My sincere sympathy to all of Lou's family. I remember him fondly from our days in "Beginning Experience" long ago. He was a wonderful leader as we started the program in the Allentown Diocese. My prayers are with Lou's family. May God bless you always.

Jeff,
I have very fond memories of movie nights, miniature golf, University of Delaware football games, pick up basketball games at the house on Butter Lane and time at the Shore. But one of my favorite memories is of "Mr B." Coaching some skinny offensive linemen in midget football. When we were not giving 100% on the blocking sled he'd stop yelling and simply offer a hot dog to whoever hit the sled hardest. After that we all would hit the sled so hard I often thought he would fall off. And then he would laugh.....Pure Joy! We were all blessed to have Mr. Benedict in our lives. Prayers and love to your family.

Dear Jeff,
Lou, Maureen and you have been in our prayers for the last three weeks.
One of the many was a thank for lou's friendship of thirtyfive years. We reminisced, solved problems, praised our families, joked and laughed.
I have many memories which will not be forgotten.
I am sorry I will not attend the funeral because we are on our annual family vacation.
I wish you and your family peace and God bless you all

Jeff,

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your Dad. I have a few good stories about your Dad and myself from his officiating days and when I was playing for good old Mount Penn. We still laugh about these stories today and your Dad was such a stand up guy. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families during this difficult time.

Sincerely,
Jeff Motze
