Marian Maiden Obituary
Marian A. Maiden, 63, Mohnton, died Sept. 1, 2017, in Ephrata Hospital.
Born in Philadelphia, a daughter of the late William A. and Mary T. (Weldon) Py, she was married for 47 years to Charles W. Maiden Sr. A parishoner of Church of St. Benedict's, Mohnton, she worked for SuperValu
Distribution Center, Denver. Marian cherished her family & friends, enjoyed bingo and was an avid Boscov's shopper.
Also surviving: daughter, Dawn M. (Steve) Gallagher, Philadelphia; sons, Charles W. Maiden II, Lancaster; and Sean Michael (Patricia) Maiden, Jim Thorpe;
grandchildren: Samantha, Steven and Tess;
great-grandchildren, Mia and Steven William; and 9 siblings.
The Christian Prayer Service will be Wednesday, Sept. 6, at 11 a.m. from Good Funeral Home, Reamstown, with viewing from 10-11 a.m. Final commendation & farewell in Bowmansville Union Cemetery. Omit flowers,

I will always remember the good times with Marian. She made work fun for us, told us stories, made food for us, and baked the infamous chocolate cake with peanut butter icing. May her memory be eternal. Rest in Peace, my friend.

My deepest condolences and sympathy to the family. Ms. Marian was awesome and a pure delight to be around. She welcomed me wholeheartedly and sincerely into the fold at SuperValu. We had the best of times and she made the work more bearable. I will consider myself lucky to have met her and call her a friend. Sleep well. You will be missed by all.
