Mary Ann Bylina

Mary Ann Bylina, 81, of Bethel, passed away Friday, July 7, 2023 in her son's residence. She was the widow of the late Joseph S. Bylina, Jr., died December 12, 2001. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Charles R. Mary L. (Sheldnick) Emerich. She worked as a machine operator at W.R. Grace, Reading, a laborer at Post Precision, Strausstown, and a waitress at Blue Mountain Family Restaurant, over her lifetime. She was a member of Retreads Motorcycle Club. Mary Ann always enjoyed working outside, traveling, especially on her two trips to Hawaii, and wearing flashy clothes. She is survived by five sons: Joseph S. Bylina, III, Bethel Twp., Tony L. Bylina, Lawrenceville, Daniel S. Bylina, Bethel, Michael R. Bylina, Bethel, and Jeffrey A. Bylina, Windsor Twp.; her grandchildren; two brothers: Michael and Barry Emerich; and her four sisters: Ardell (Emerich) Heintzelman, Jo Ann (Emerich) DeLong, Bertha (Emerich) Lewis, and Ruth (Emerich) Horst. She was predeceased by a brother: Ronald Emerich. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 2:00 pm from Leibensperger Funeral Homes, Inc., 223 Peach Street Leesport.
